Disclosure Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

1. Personal investments

The operator of turnarounds.info may personally hold positions in securities of companies covered by this service. Such holdings may create an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

2. Company-specific disclosure

Where the operator holds a long or short position in a company covered by turnarounds.info, this position is disclosed in connection with the relevant newsletter or company analysis.

The disclosure identifies whether the position is long or short. It does not normally disclose the number of securities held, the purchase price, the market value of the position, or the proportion of the operator's personal portfolio.

3. Independence of turnaround assessments

Personal investments do not determine the turnaround classifications or assessments published by turnarounds.info. Assessments are intended to reflect the operational, financial, and strategic development of the respective company based on the research methodology used by the service.

4. No investment recommendation

A disclosed personal position must not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. The purpose of the disclosure is solely to make potential conflicts of interest transparent.

5. Changes in positions

Personal positions may change over time. A disclosure reflects the information recorded by turnarounds.info at the time the relevant newsletter or analysis is generated.

6. Compensation, issuer relationships, and editorial independence

The Turnaround Progress score and turnaround assessment are intended to be based on the research methodology of turnarounds.info and not on whether the operator holds a position in the company. turnarounds.info does not accept compensation from a covered company in exchange for a favorable score, classification, or assessment.

If a covered company, issuer, sponsor, or other third party has a material commercial relationship with turnarounds.info that could reasonably be perceived as influencing a specific analysis, that relationship should be disclosed in connection with the relevant content.

7. Subscriber data

turnarounds.info does not sell subscriber email addresses, postal addresses, or other personal data to issuers, advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for advertising or similar commercial purposes. Further information about personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
